Never us. Your partner courier collects the cash at the door and pays it out to you on the courier's own terms. Cerkel doesn't hold your money, and you can see which orders were delivered, so you know what's on its way to you.

Three ways. Every order gets a WhatsApp confirmation. Your blocklist flags the numbers behind fake orders and repeat refusals before you ship. And because shoppers can inspect before they pay, they're more comfortable saying yes at the door.

Yours, and exportable. Orders, customers and the ledger download as CSV from the admin, and the full database is yours on request if you leave.
