Is the store really free?
Yes. The store is free and there's no monthly subscription. We earn from commissions: partner couriers pay us a cut on the orders they deliver.
Who holds the money from cash-on-delivery orders?
Never us. Your partner courier collects the cash at the door and pays it out to you on the courier's own terms. Cerkel doesn't hold your money, and you can see which orders were delivered, so you know what's on its way to you.
How do you deal with fake orders and refusals?
Three ways. Every order gets a WhatsApp confirmation. Your blocklist flags the numbers behind fake orders and repeat refusals before you ship. And because shoppers can inspect before they pay, they're more comfortable saying yes at the door.
Is my data mine? Can I export it?
Yes, and yes. Your orders, customers and products are yours. Export them to CSV whenever you like — and they come with you if you leave.
Do I keep my domain and my theme?
Both stay. Your domain points to us, your Shopify design imports as it is, and your links keep their shape — any that moved redirect by themselves.
Which couriers do you work with?
Any courier that can send you a statement. Upload it as Excel and we match it by tracking number, order number, or phone and amount. Some couriers connect to us directly, on the same account.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business number?
Yes — your own WhatsApp Business number, one per store. We help you set up the business account and submit the templates; approval is Meta's, the rest is ours.
How long does migration from Shopify take?
Days, not months. Design and products import in an afternoon; then both stores run side by side until the daily numbers match. Only then do we switch your domain.
